HexPoint reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace the Shipping Policy at any time. All such changes are effective immediately upon notice, which we may give by any means, including, but not limited to, by posting a revised version of this Policy or other notice on our Site. You should view this Policy often to stay informed of changes that may affect you. Your use of our Site and Services constitutes your continuing agreement to be bound by these Terms, as they are amended from time to time. We expressly reserve the right to make any changes that we deem appropriate from time to time to our Site or to any information, application, text, data, databases, graphics, images, sound recordings, audio and visual clips, logos, software, opportunities, features, services, and other materials within the Services (all such materials, and any compilation, collection, or arrangement thereof, the “Content”).

2. PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION:

Our goal is to get your order processed and ready to ship within 2-4 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak shopping seasons and/or due to unforseen circumstances. We, along with our production partners will always work diligently to get your order deliveried as quickly as possible while also maintaining the highest levels of quality. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

3. SHIPPING METHODS:

We utilize a variety of shipping methods and carriers to ensure the hightest quality and quickest service to you at the best possible value. Once we give your order to its intended carrier, we may be limited in terms of what we can do to change, update, or otherwise modify any aspect of the delivery process including, but not limited to, the delivery address, the intended recipient, any special instructions and/or requests, the delivery speed, etc.

4. SHIPPING LOCATIONS:

We currently only offer domestic shipping to the United States, and some select US territories, military bases, and protectorates.

5. TRACKING NUMBER:

When your order has been assigned to a carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that, initially, your tracking number may show that your order has not been delivered to the carrier. If this is the case then check back within 24-48 for updated information. Also please note that tracking information is provided by the carrier selected for your order and a) may not accurately reflect when your order will be delivered, and b) may not be available from every carrier for every order.

6. DELIVERY:

Once an order have been given to a carrier, it is the responsibility of that carrier to deliver your order in a timely and satisfactory manner. If you experience any delays and/or damage to your order during the delivery process we will use all commerically reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier. Please make sure to provide the correct intended delivery address when placing your order and if upon placing your order you discover that you made an error and/or omission in the delivery address please contact us immediately at https://www.launcheforce.com/contact/ and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for any orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
